I’ll share some info with you I give to our Cave members doing the 8 week challenge. Cave members or anyone who wants to feel better ? Shred Fat ? Lean muscle ? You want results ? But do you REALLY want results ? Follow these simple steps

Fish Oil

Fish Oil really is a fat burner !!  Take 1 gram of HIGH EPA per 1% fat you have. So if your 34% fat yes you need 35g Fish Oil. Adjust quantity down as fat loss drops as Fish Oil will really speed this process up 🐟 ‼️ Must be high quality Fish Oil ‼️ NOT from super markets or Holland and Barrett.

Liquid – one teaspoon is 5g, one tablespoon is 15g.
One capsule is 1 gram
(and before people knock me about high dose fish oil why don’t you try it first 😉)

Protein Goal


Male 👨🏼
3.3 to 4.4 grams of animal protein per KG of bodyweight.

Female 👩🏻
1.98 to 2.16 grams of animal protein per KG of bodyweight.

Aim for around 5-7 feedings per day

Example: I weigh 102kg. So 4.4 (protein needs) x 102kg (my weight) = 448.8 per day. Then 448 divided by 6 meals = 74g protein per meal. 74g is around 9oz of red meat and a handful of macadamia nuts or 400g weight of white fish cooked in olive oil is around 88g.

Add Low Glycemic Index Carbs

These are all you can eat ☘️🍀🍃🌿

  • Broccoli
  • Mushrooms
  • Cabbage
  • Onions
  • Asparagus
  • Parsley
  • Carrots
  • Peppers
  • Celery
  • Spinach
  • Cucumber
  • Watercress
  • Fennel
  • Green beans
  • Kale

Lowering GI index by 30% (lowers your food calories)

  • Green Olives
  • Lemon juice 🍋
  • Lime juice
  • Vinegar

And cook all above in FULL FAT butter, coconut oil or extra virgin oil.

Follow this for 14 days then Carb cycle
