Trainer bio

I am a happy, smiley person who is also driven, motivated and highly disciplined when it comes to training, technique and nutrition. I believe you get out of life, what you put in. I have always had a passion for body-building since buying my very first Flex magazine at 17. I started Caveman Training in April 2014 and in August 2015 I took part in the 12 Week transformation at Caveman Training, which led me to step on stage for the very first time in April 2016. I also competed in the November of that year and placed a 1st, a 2nd and a 3rd place and won my first Pro card! A Pro-athlete!!! Me! From then on, I had the competition bug! For 2017 my plan was to go bigger and all out, in terms of prepping and competitions and to put myself completely out of my comfort zone to prove to myself I could it, so I competed at the Bodypower Expo in May, the NFF Show, the JP Classic in October, the Yorkshire Open and I ended an amazing season in my biggest Competition to date the WBFF and there I received an invitation to the WBFF Worlds Show in Vegas!!! So that’s the plan for 2018!

Personal Fitness Goals

Continue to train hard and stay motivated to compete in fitness competitions and to further increase my lean muscle mass, so that I can work towards competing in figure and trained figure categories. And to continue to be the best version of me as possible! Also on my shopping list are monster quads, abs and glute gains! And to do more yoga as I feel it will benefit my personal physique goals, my posing and help me gain more flexibility.

Experience

Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training Course and coupled with the knowledge and skills I have learnt over the past four years, which includes two years of prepping and competing. My passion is to help transform others and help them become the absolute best version of themselves. I really hope to inspire others to make the change, to try something new! You just never know the positive impact it can have on your life. It is never too late!
