Matt Harrison

Personal Trainer

You’ve got this big boy.

Trainer bio

I have always had passion for fitness from playing football at various levels, to going to the gym. After hanging up my boots, I really started to getting stuck into going to the gym, but after a couple of years the first of my boys came along, which natually put my fitness regime on the back burn, after putting a “few” pounds on, I started looking at other places to train, which at that point I found Caveman Training.

I started Caveman Training about 6 years ago, and I have never looked back since, every class was different and tested/pushed you to the max. It was after a couple of years I was given the opportunity to work as a Trainer at Cave. I have built confidence and self belief through my cave journey, and I hope I can pass this on to other members. I’m so proud to be part of this team.

Personal Fitness Goals

I want to be a better version of myself, I want to get bigger and fitter.

As being part of cave for 6 years, from being a member, to becoming a trainer I have developed different styles of training from some of the best trainers in the area. I have met some inspirational people along the way, Charles Poliquin, Phil learney, Olly Foster, to name but a few.
