I was born into a family where health and fitness was a big thing. But having spent most of my 20’s in an abusive marriage I lost my way and fell out of it all. When I finally left this relationship I discovered cave through a friend and never looked back! I re-gained my fitness, my confidence and most of all my happiness.
Having dropped down to around 7 stone during my toughest years I had some work to do to be healthy again. I met some of best friends along the way also along with my soul mate…… I have prepped for and completed two photoshoot challenges. I actually live with and are due to be married to the best in the business and owner of Cavemantraining Adam Pugh so a lot of knowledge and skills I have picked up from him.
I decided to better myself further and do my qualifications to work part time and help others who are also following their fitness journey. I absolutely love being around like minded people and hope to make others feel as proud of themselves as I do myself. After all. If you have your health. You have everything.
I have two young children and hope that I can provide the best role model possible.
Personal Fitness Goals
If I ever get the guts I would to consider maybe one day going on stage and competing. If I don’t go on stage I would at least like to prep again to get in the condition.
I would to master at least 10 pulls ups again after hitting 9 in my prep for a photoshoot.
