My aim is to help my clients both physically and psychologically. Not only does fitness get you stronger and fitter, it is also a great stress release, helping you body and your mind. Don’t waste your time comparing yourself with other people, everyone is different and we all have different abilities. YOU are your own competition no one else. So whatever your goals may be, we can accomplish them together šŸ˜Š

After suffering for years with anxiety and depression I decided I neededĀ to try something new. I was fed up of being in a rut and moaning about my weight and how I looked. Only I could change that, I was the only one stopping myself from being the person that I was ableĀ to be! In my early 20’s I was sitting at around 15Ā stone! I began watching my food and lost around 3Ā stone but failed to get any further, I needed help with reaching my goals. I was then introduced to Caveman Training. Now, in my late 30’s I started to train with Adam with a small group of girls as I was still very nervous, after a few sessions I was completely hooked and started to do the classes. This was changing my life for the better, I was lookingĀ better and feeling better in myself. From then I knew that this is what I wanted to do… to help others feel the way I was and help them achieve their goals. I am now in my late 40’s and never been as happy or as fit, so it doesn’t matter how big you are or what age you are… You can do Anything!

Personal Fitness Goals

Although I have lost a lot of my body fat now,Ā  I still have a little way to go. I have never had an ass (flat as a pancake comes to mind) so I worked hard to get what I have now, putting on nearly 6″Ā  this is something I will continue to do… its all about the Booty šŸ˜‰


After passing my level 2 gym instructor, I went to Pure Gym and did 6 months voluntary work there whilst I was studying for my level 3 Personal Training. Once I had completed the level 3 PT I started to help out in Cave classes as a motivator.Ā  I have also done quite a bit of work with children, through the Space program and other such schemes.
