Trainer bio
They say you know when you find your calling in life and I truly believe I have found mine. From a young age I have always had a passion for sports and exercise from playing football, cricket and golf to name a few. It wasn’t until later in my life when realised I had let a lot of that passion slip by, making bad life choices and ultimately my health was starting pay the price. That was until I found Caveman Training. Cave reignited that passion for exercise in me and I have never looked back. I have continued to fuel my passion by investing in education and applying my new-found knowledge to the training sessions that I provide. My goal is to ignite this passion in all Cave members and clients.
I now have a massive passion for others to succeed and fulfil their goals and I have a huge emotion for watching/helping members change in confidence and body.
This IS my calling!
Personal Fitness Goals
I am currently working on achieving certain lifting goals I have set myself for the year! To continue my body transformation and maybe compete on stage after having inspiration from fellow trainers. Or I would love to compete in a lifting competition. Ultimately I will be looking to better myself in all areas of my fitness.
Experience
Over the past 4 years I have been developing my knowledge and experience through reading and observing techniques and learning from the best trainers in the area. I have been to college to study my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer courses and I believe the hands on approach has given me a head start in the industry.
