Trainer bio

A 19 year military career has meant that physical fitness has always been a priority in my life. Preparing soldiers for hard, uncomfortable situations demands training that develops strength of the body and mind. In my case it has resulted in a passion for pushing through pain, chasing performance goals and taking on physical challenges. So during my years in the Armed Forces I stepped into the ring many times representing my squadron.

I have a positive glass half full approach to life and tackle pain, fear and difficult situations both in training and in life with humour and light hearted banter. Cavemen Training (Adam Pugh) has given me an opportunity to gain experience in the fitness industry and share my passion and knowledge with others.

Personal Fitness Goals

I have a keen interest in Olympic lifting and kettlebells and would love to one day to compete in Grassroots competitions and maybe become a RKC instructor. Maintaining a fit healthy body well into later life will always be a priority for me. Having beaten a serious illness as a relatively young man, I truly believe we have one body and we need to give it a fighting chance by keeping it fit and healthy.
