If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, keep on moving forwards. The cave you fear to enter, holds the treasure that you seek.

Trainer bio

There’s no secret formula guys to getting healthy, strong and fit. Lift heavy, work hard, remain consistent and ultimately aim to be the best version of you! Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do, than by the things that you did do… so why not start your fitness journey right here at Cave with me? If you want to lose weight or get fit and strong… then you have to challenge yourself to do something on a daily basis which makes you feel weak (both mentally and physically). Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right and it is you and only you that can make the decision to change your life from here on in. It doesn’t matter to me what your age, gender, shape or current fitness level is like… but if you have just one ounce of grit and determination to change your lifestyle and outlook on pushing your body to its limits – then I am the guy for you. Together we will take it to that next level… to achieve YOUR own personal goals. I have all the tools, experience and the banter to keep you entertained along the way and I am ready to start you on one hell of a journey!

Personal Fitness Goals

To maintain and continue to improve on my current fitness level. To back squat 240 kg. To cycle the length of the country for charity. To complete MURPH 4 times in one day (with the weighted vest). Row a marathon. To make the podium at the Supercross race in France this year.

Fitness and competition is my life and always has been from such a young age. I have never been afraid of failure and neither should you be. Failure is where we grow from and what makes us better and stronger individuals than the day before. I have always sacrificed whatever was necessary at the time, to be the best that I could be in any given sporting situation and to also achieve my own personal goals. We are all different and all have different goals in life. Being different is good, no in fact it’s awesome! No matter how big or small your goals may appear… each one feels just as good as the next when you achieve it and I should know.
