The only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work, and the only way to do great work is to love what you do’. Fitness is my passion and I’m lucky enough to say I genuinely love what I do. Nothing makes me happier than seeing your progress and working closely with you to positively transform your body. Whether you want to increase strength, tone up, lose body fat or gain confidence in the gym – I can help you reach your reach those goals. Regardless of your ability, age, gender or fitness level, I will be on hand to motivate, support and guide you, because I understand how intimidating the gym can be! Remember it’s never too late to start. If you visualise something long enough, you will achieve it. Get in touch if you’re ready to be the best version of yourself!

Experience

I have been hugely passionate about exercise and sports since as long as I can remember. I represented my school in countless sports events and always put 110% into every training session or competition. I loved being part of something I was good at and enjoyed. Horse riding, dancing and netball have been my main sports over the years, through this I have gained confidence, made lifelong friends and stayed in good shape.

My first gym membership was 9 years ago – (wow was it that long!) I hammered the cardio and didn’t go near the weights section as I was terrified of putting on muscle and looking bulky. My focus was to be as thin as possible – I would restrict my calorie intake drastically and my relationship with food was unhealthy to say the least. 5 years ago I began circuit training, which was my first taste of using weights. I was instantly hooked. My diet improved and my focus switched to being ‘strong not skinny’. I saw positive changes in myself not only physically, but mentally too. My confidence using weights increased massively, through the help of various personal trainers.

I have been going to cave classes for 2 years and always came away feeling euphoric. This year I followed my passion and I qualified as a level 3 personal trainer and I’m now able to say I love my job for the first time in my life. I worked in a gym for a month before coming to cave and now I am able to put into practice my experience from training over the years and help others achieve success in their individual fitness journeys.
