Sport has always been a massive influence in my life, from running around kicking a football and playing cricket when I was younger, even watching it on tv to becoming an avid gym goer during every spare hour I had outside of working a full time job… it still continues to be the thing that I truly identify with and I realised my true passion lay at the gym during those years. I’m an extremely competitive person and I love having a goal to work forward too… so a few years ago when I got the opportunity to train to become a Personal Trainer I literally jumped at it and I’ve never looked back. Watching you achieve your goals alongside my help and guidance, no matter how big or small the achievement.. that’s why I love what I do. Whether you want to become the best version of you, or you simply want to kick start a new healthier routine I will be there for you… pushing you forward!

When I’m not helping you achieve your personal goals I love challenging myself and beating my personal bests is something I constantly work towards.


I’ve worked as a Personal Trainer at a local gym for the last 3 years whilst teaching a variety of classes from spinning to circuit training as-well as 8 week transformation bootcamps. Before I qualified I attended regular Guerrilla sessions, circuit training is definitely one of my first loves! I believe in the importance of teaching you the right workout techniques in order for you to adapt good workout behaviours in the future.
