I never started out loving fitness; it wasn’t something I’d always wanted to do. However, I got to the point where I finally admitted to myself that I was extremely unfit and unhealthy. I needed to change, not just physically but also my mind-set. The approach I had in regard to food and exercise was unhealthy. So, I started out my journey ALONE, doing simple things because I had no understanding or idea of the things I was doing. I found that I struggled, I thought eating nothing would help and running on a treadmill for hours would help. I was WRONG! I finally sought after some professional advice and got myself a personal trainer; I dropped from a size 22 to a size 10-12, I dropped from 16st 4 – 10st 8 and it boosted my confidence. I FELL IN LOVE. I fell in love with myself again and I fell ion love with the fitness industry. I found my new passion, my new hobby and a new career path. I took it upon myself to go back to studying and finally got my fitness certificates. From there it has been my passion to help each and everybody love themselves, love what their body can do and to stop people punishing themselves but celebrating what their bodies are capable of. I am here to help and point each and every one of you in the right direction whether it be, weight loss, strength, body composition or just general learning about your body and nutrition.

Personal Fitness Goals

I’m still not where I want to be, sometimes life gets in the way. I still have progress to work on within myself, over the next 12 months I’m aiming to get myself to around the 20% body fat mark and loving every little imperfection. I want to learn more within nutrition and eating disorders and how to help people combating these.


I started my experience plodding along on a treadmill, I then moved on to train at cave and getting myself a personal trainer. Once qualified I became a fitness instructor and personal trainer in a commercial gym, working my way up I soon became the assistant manager.
