Trainer bio

I was always big as a child and into my teens. Once I left school my weight spiralled more and I ended up at my heaviest of 22.5 stone in 2014. I woke up one night to find my tv still on and someone was selling the insanity fitness set and it made me realise I needed to do something so I could enjoy playing with my children without running out of breath after 5 minutes. I started to do 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week and drastically cut everything out of my diet that I thought was bad and reduced my meal portions. After 2 years id lost around 6 stone and embarked on my fitness journey outside of the house and its where I found Caveman Training which helped me for the next 18 months to lose another 2 stone to reach my 8 stone loss target. I also found a love for Crossfit which helped me fitness wise to progress a little further. I then decided to take my personal training course so I could help others to achieve what I did and now I’m back where I started doing what I love.

Personal Fitness Goals

To get fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been and be the best version of me that is possible. To lift heavier than I currently can, improve on my technique. Not to beat myself up if things don’t go to plan, but to rectify what had gone wrong to be where I want to be.

After embarking on my own fat loss journey reaching an 8 stone loss without any help I went on to going to caveman training to do the circuit classes, then onto Crossfit. I then went on to complete my Level 3 Personal Trainer course. Even though im relatively new to personal training I have helped people to achieve their specific goals such as fat loss, muscle gain and whatever else my clients desire. I am currently learning how to set up my own circuit classes at cave by helping others to set up and I help to run the classes and also take two on my own every week.
