"I absolutely love my job and love training people and helping them to achieve their goals."

Trainer Bio

I was always a chubby child and hit nearly 15 stone in my twenties.  I started to change things when I hit 30.  I got down to 12 stone, but stopped losing.  I was introduced to Caveman Training and got hooked straight away!  After doing Cave for six months and seeing my results, I knew that this was what I wanted to do.  So, in 2012, I sat my Level 2 Gym Instructor exam and have continued to study fitness ever since.  I am a positive person and very friendly.  I love to motivate people and take great pleasure in seeing how happy people get when they achieve their goals.

I was a volunteer worker at a local Gym for nearly 12 months before getting a job at Caveman Training.  I have been working here now since 2014.  Previously, I was a lifeguard and have completed Born Survivor twice and Kick Ass Endurance once, both for charity.

Fitness, swimming, family and helping others.

I like most things, especially a challenge.  I like to help people, make people smile. The feeling of being able to motivate someone so they can do that little bit more!  I like to make people happy whether that is by helping them achieve their goals or just making them smile when they are having a bad day.

Negativity.  And spiders!
