Trainer Bio

I always struggled with my weight when I was younger. Bad eating habits and unfocused training meant that at my biggest I was 18 stone with very little muscle mass. Finding Caveman Training and following the advice from Adam, I dropped the body fat and started to enjoy pushing my body to the limit. It was my passion for Cave that inspired me to get qualified and help others achieve their goals.

Experience

I have worked out since I was 18, but looking back the way I used to go about it was misguided to say the least. I have done pretty-much most things in my exercising history; weights, running, spinning, various gym classes, football, squash to name a few, but it was only when I started Cave that I can say I began training. I started to back up what I had been learning in the classes with advice on nutrition from the Cave team. My body began to change, I was getting stronger, fitter and body fat started to drop off me. It sounds cheesy but it did change my life and my passion for it grew and grew. I got my Level 2 qualification and started helping to push people in my classes.  I instantly loved it because I knew how hard it could be so I empathised with the members and tried and get a little more out of them. My Level 3 followed soon after.  I was hungry for more knowledge that I could pass on to others. I know how hard the battle is and I now know how to push people to achieve their goals.

Personal Fitness Goals

Improve fitness level slightly, drop body fat to sub 10%, increase muscle mass further, squat 150kg, bench 150kg, deadlift 200kg, pullup 40kg, dip 60kg.
