My fitness journey started back in 2012 when I was 23 stone and Cave was recommended to me. The first session was really tough but I stuck to it and went on to lose nine and a half stone in six months. This gave me a new desire and passion within the fitness industry. I decided to apply for my fitness qualifications, so I can help people achieve what I have. Adam gave me the opportunity to help motivate and work towards my goals.
Since completing my fitness courses in April 2014, I have been a personal trainer at Caveman. I trained myself in the gym on and off for many years but never stuck to anything until I heard about Caveman Training. I also used to play cricket locally on Sunday afternoons.
I pretty-much like anything and will always try something before I say I dislike it. I also like helping and motivating people and seeing new people arriving with a passion for changing themselves.
I dislike failure. I feel like this is not an option for me personally. I also dislike negativity.
Personal Fitness Goals
My personal fitness goals are to eventually be able to give up my full-time job for a full-time career in the fitness industry with Cave. During this time I aim to put my all into training so maybe one day I can compete in a physique competition.
