"Sometimes you just have to take that leap of faith."
I started working at Caveman Training full time in April 2012. I’ve always had a keen interest in fitness, taking part in boot camps, gym memberships and becoming a member of Caveman Training in January 2011. I work hard with my clients to achieve their goals and support them on their journey.
I qualified as a Level 3 PT in 2012 and have been qualified in antenatal and postnatal training since August 2014.
In January 2015 I started a ‘mum and baby’ fitness class. This has expanded into three classes.
I have a fantastic, loyal client base, who give 110% to every session and I get a buzz from seeing their results. Results can be anything from losing inches, dress sizes, body fat etc., or can be mastering their first pull up, full body press up or to jump that box jump in class.
I adapt each PT session to the clients’ individual needs and goals.
My mother and baby classes are a fantastic opportunity to give new mums the confidence to return to fitness or even start their fitness journey after having a baby.
Currently studying for the advanced coaching academy through Phil Learney performance education.
