Trainer Bio

I was never into fitness growing up.  During my childhood I used to play ‘lad and dad’s’ football in Milton but that was all.  Growing up I was quite a big lad, weighing around 16+ stone. I never took any notice of my weight until I started to get bullied. I then realised how much I hated myself for being so overweight. Since then I found fitness and never looked back, it became an addiction after seeing result after result, I learnt that nutrition was the key!  From my past experience, I knew I wanted to help people to achieve what I have, I feel great about myself and I want others to feel the same, so I became a personal trainer.

Experience

Self-trained for five years using knowledge from other qualified personal training instructors. I also spent 12 months studying nutrition and fitness then becoming a fully qualified level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal trainer.

I gained other guidance and research from hours upon hours on the internet research about achieving the best results out there, visiting fitness seminars, and learning from other people’s roads to success and achieving their goals in life.

Personal Fitness Goals

My personal fitness goals are to continue learning more and more about the fitness industry, becoming more established and to make it my full time career keeping up with my own fitness. Also, hitting new levels, achieving a better physique, becoming aesthetic athlete and most of all to become a better me!
